[OOC; I haven't forgotten about this, I just wanted to let the holidays settle so that I could try to pay it the attention it deserves. Obviously Chicago won the little poll, so they'll be putting that on. Assume that Lorne has provided songbooks through the network for auditioning characters to use. Most of this will be handled by assumption to spare what little sanity I have left, but if you find yourself needing help or having a desire to play anything out, I will definitely be here to do that. Don't fret if you're unfamiliar with any of this little process, it only really just looks complicated.
After 48 hours, the ability to be in the running for a lead part will have ended, as I obviously have to cap it in order to run AIM dice and decide who exactly gets parts. That isn't to say that everything is closed after NOON EST on the 13th, so if you don't make the deadline, your character can still participate. S/he just won't be Roxie or Thelma, etc.
If anyone sees anything messed up about all of this, give me a heads up so that I can fix it and make sure that everything runs smoothly so that we can all be goofy and have fun. If there's something I missed, do the same! I'm flying blind here and totally cop to being dumb sometimes.
Please use the appropriate threads and forms below to sign your character up officially. (Stage crew, you're in this too plz) I know I've made you all do this like 80 times and you probably hate me for it, but like I said before I'm kinda dumb and like to keep things as straight as possible. After this point, and after parts are officially determined, you can assume that read-throughs and rehearsals have started. Any questions, just AIM/msg me! Note: signups are indeed IC :)]
CAST SIGNUPS
Date: 2010-01-11 05:14 pm (UTC)[OOC; once you've replied, for my sanity we'll assume that your character auditioned well enough to have the part they've chosen. after 48 hours, the ability to be in the running for the drawing to determine leads will be closed HOWEVER the ability to still be a part of the production will not. auditions will be taken if you want your character to participate up until the day before the cast performs. nobody's left out, this post is always open.]
