deformiwhats[Lorne's feeling fairly brave, which might have something to do with the fact that he needs to start making money and feel useful again (in a positive way). Because of what he's selling, he thinks there's a good chance that the residents of the City will automatically assume that his natural visage is in fact a costume to draw in customers. Regardless of their reactions, he figures in a place like this, people are probably pretty used to dealing with the strange. So here he is, giving them the benefit of the doubt as he turns the network device to video and turns on the charm.]
Mark your calendars: this is my first intentional broadcast, City-goers! Although, I guess it's more fitting to call us City-comers, isn't it? Hey, we're all here, of something else's volition -- not that I've been here long by any stretch of the imagination. But it looks like the residents of the City settle in pretty damn well to me! The bustling streets, the clubs, the upcoming parties and how about that circus? Hoo-boy, that's what I call making the best of things.
Sometimes, though, we get lost. It's part of whatever journey we're on - you know, the one that you're not completely sure of? The one where you look back on those bad times and realize that hey -- if that had never happened, you'd have never fallen in love! I'm here to let you know that I can provide a little guidance in those tough times.
For anyone who knows me, it's no secret that I love a good tune and really, who doesn't? Everyone's got a favorite song, right? Well, let me cut to the chase. My name is Lorne, and I can help you get back on track: whether you're wondering if you'll get that promotion at work, hoping she'll say yes or just plain have no clue where to go from here, I'm your man. Just come on over to the lobby in Building 10 and let me hear those golden pipes!
And payment? One consultation for two yellows, but heck, I wouldn't say no to tips if you leave a satisfied customer! And if you bring a friend along, I'll give you two consultations for three yellows.
On another note, if anyone out there is looking for a business partner, I can run a mean nightclub, I'd even settle for a cafe! Help a guy out, huh? Just a little boost to get me going -- you supply the capital, I supply the profit!
